To further improve worker convenience, Gembira CLQ Management will soon introduce an on-site Laundry Machine facility within our Centralized Labour Quarters in Tampoi, Johor Bahru. This amenity will help workers manage their daily laundry more efficiently, saving both time and cost while promoting hygiene.

As with all our facilities, strong safety measures are in place, including:

• Secure full-height turnstile entry system

• Face recognition and thumbprint access controls

• Round-the-clock CCTV monitoring (day/night)

• Certified professional security by Kementerian Dalam Negeri & PIKM

• Experienced wardens to manage daily operations

Accommodation quality also follows JTK standards, with:

• Durable double decker bedframes

• Spacious steel lockers (2 compartments per worker)

• One power socket per person for convenience

• Toilet designs prioritizing hygiene and worker comfort
